Leah & Marcus’s Wedding at The Eveleigh of The Grounds

Leah and Marcus were married in May 2022 at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Ryde. They held their reception at The Grounds of South Eveleigh, the former Australian Technology Park. Their wedding was the very first wedding at this new venue!

What Leah and Marcus wanted most was to have a classic and elegant wedding. They had seen other weddings at The Grounds of Alexandria (run by the same company), so they knew the team could deliver an amazing experience. Despite some initial anxiety over how the floral arrangements would work in such a majestic venue, the end result was spectacular.

The Dress + Suit

Leah chose a spectacular Steven Khalil wedding gown with a ballgown silhouette. The fitted bodice hugged the bride’s curves, highlighting her slim waist, and making her look like a storybook princess. The ruffled skirt was covered in exquisite 3D applique flowers, accented with sequins that added sparkle and shimmer at every move. Feminine and dainty cap sleeves completed the look, beautifully framing Leah’s shoulders and arms with a touch of glamour and romance.

Marcus matched his bride’s elegance in a classic black tuxedo, finished off with a single white rose on his lapel.

Leah and Marcus had seen the many beautiful weddings Salt Atelier had photographed at The Grounds of Alexandria featured in Vogue and Modern Weddings, so they knew the Studio’s work was flawless.
