Chloe & Dimitri — A Sydney University Wedding at The Great Hall
Set within the historic grounds of the University of Sydney, Chloe & Dimitri’s wedding unfolded across one of the city’s most iconic spaces — The Great Hall.
Defined by soaring vaulted ceilings, sandstone walls, and dramatic scale, this Sydney University wedding embraced the architectural presence of the venue
as both backdrop and structure.
Rather than competing with the space, the styling — led by the bride herself — was approached with a sense of restraint and clarity.
Long banquet tables, soft candlelight, and layered textures were carefully composed to sit naturally within the grandeur of the hall, allowing light, shadow, and proportion to lead the visual rhythm of the evening.
At the centre of it all, Chloe wore a custom gown by Floure Studio — a sculptural silhouette with fluid movement and a softly structured finish.
The gown carried through each part of the day, from still portraits to the energy of the dance floor, where volume and motion became part of the celebration itself.
From intimate moments framed by heritage interiors to a reception defined by scale, atmosphere, and movement, this Sydney University wedding reflects a balance between fashion, space, and experience.
A celebration where the setting was not simply observed — but fully inhabited.
