Guestlands Weddings

Nestled among the green fields and mature trees of Northwest Sydney lies Guestlands, an exquisite upmarket B&B reminiscent of a fairy tale village straight out of a classic Italian movie.

Located at 10 Blacks Road, Arcadia, this Tuscan and Bellagio inspired property, is only 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD, and features meticulously landscaped gardens blooming with vibrant colours and fragrant aromas.

Imagine walking hand-in-hand with your beloved beneath the shade of elegant rose bushes, alongside cascading fountains, and underneath rustic archways, for a unique immersive experience that feels like a slice of Europe at your back door.

The History of Guestlands

Guestlands was designed and built by owners, Jenny and Peter Guest, 25-years ago when they were drawn to the Arcadian property from a photo in a real estate magazine. With their passion for landscaping and gardening, they have transformed the former nursery into the stunning venue it is today.

Not only are the small village buildings authentically European, and the cobblestone paths and bridges breathtaking, but the creek, waterfalls and numerous ponds bring an element of serenity and calm to the gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong in the air.

Weddings at Guestlands

Although Guestlands aren’t currently hosting wedding receptions, they are a popular destination for micro-wedding ceremonies, elopements and engagement photo shoots.

From the moment you step onto the grounds, you will be transported to a world of pure enchantment and beauty. So many locations provide a perfect background to your love story, including the rose covered column walk, the wishing well, and a rustic timber shack with its porch suspended over the dam.

What an amazing location! Our daughter had her proposal & engagement at this spectacular location. The well-manicured grounds are offset by the nostalgic rustic Tuscan feel. Immaculate attention to detail in every aspect inside & out. The wonderful hosts Jenny & Pete were so welcoming. I highly recommend this place! – Claudia Owad

A stunning B&B with beautiful sprawling gardens, there are so many moments where you feel you’re in another world. From communal happy hours on their rooftop terrace overlooking the street, to making breakfast in the La Trattoria in the morning as the sun peaks through the wood frame windows, to making pizza for dinner in their woodfire pizza oven in La Cabana it’s so hard not to fall in love with the charm of the place. I proposed to my partner here. It was our plan to be in Europe travelling Italy 2 years ago before the world changed. Guestlands was the way to bring Italy to Sydney. A place worth visiting, with wine, music and love in abundance. – Anthony Chan
